BIO
I am originally from Atlanta Georgia, the youngest in my family. I was fortunate to have great parents who supported my vision all throughout my life. It was playing football that gave me the drive to do many things in life. I started playing little league football at eight years old. Middle school and High School football gave me the motivation to focus on my studies, so I could continue to play football.
For me, school had no meaning without football. With that being said I want to inspire today’s youth that anything is possible. No matter their past or current struggles, they can make it and pursue their dreams.
So you asked the question… what is possible? let me tell you. After struggling to graduate from high school I proceeded on to Georgia Military College it’s a 2 year school in Milledgeville Georgia that had a football team, it also had strict military rules. I was excited it wasn’t a D1 university but they promised if I graduated I would play for a D1 school. Not only did I make a difference on the football field I made it to D1 “Appalachian State University” where I was an All- Sunbelt player. AppState opened their doors to me and I later graduated with my bachelor’s degree in communications.
Once I finished college I went on and played for the Sioux Fall Storm hoping to and grinding to get in the NFL to play with the best. And the journey of mine brought me to Omaha, NE.
